Working Principle

The machine is composed of base, drive system, control system, mixing hopper and other components. When working, after adding materials into the hopper, lock the bucket cover, set the mixing time and speed according to the process requirements, and start the control system to start the mixing operation; When the set time is reached, the machine will stop automatically and divide the materials after mixing.

● The machine is a new model developed by our company through extensive absorption and digestion of foreign advanced technology and in combination with national conditions. It has reasonable structure, stable performance and convenient operation. The whole machine has no dead angle and exposed screws. The discharge butterfly valve of anti misoperation device shall be set to ensure production safety. The rotary body (mixing hopper) forms an included angle of 30° with the rotary axis. The materials in the mixing hopper turn outside with the rotary body and move tangentially along the bucket wall at the same time, so as to achieve the ideal mixing effect, optimize the production process and fully meet the GMP requirements of drug production.
