In May 2026, Changzhou Changhai Drying Equipment Co., Ltd. successfully completed assembly, negative pressure air tightness testing, trial operation and anti-corrosion treatment. Two sets of 6000L large-scale vacuum rake dryers were officially loaded and exported to Mexico. The equipment will be applied to the fine dehydration and drying production line of high-activity and heat-sensitive biomaterials for a local biotechnology enterprise.

Biomaterials such as biological polypeptides, biological extracts and fermentation intermediates are typical heat-sensitive materials, containing active proteins, biological enzymes and probiotic components that are extremely vulnerable to high temperature. Traditional high-temperature drying easily causes active ingredient inactivation, oxidative deterioration, color darkening and component loss, resulting in unqualified finished products. Customized for heat-sensitive biomaterials, the 6000L vacuum rake dryers adopt a fully enclosed negative-pressure low-temperature drying process. Operating under high vacuum environment, the equipment reduces the boiling point of water significantly and realizes mild drying at 40℃–80℃. It fundamentally avoids thermal damage, oxidation and ingredient degradation, and maximally retains the original activity, purity and physical properties of biomaterials.

Equipped with a horizontal cylinder and intelligent rake stirring system, the rake blades continuously scrape and turnover materials during operation.
