ZGH vertical high speed mixer consists of material feed blade at the bottom and crushed material adjustment blade. The feed blade can feed materials continuously upward along the wall of the cylinder, and the high speed material-crushing blade can break fed materials thoroughyt and make materials circulate in vortex form in a shorter period of time thus to reach the target of even mixing
● ZGH vertical high speed mixer is an efficient mixer which incorporates advanced technologies both at home and abroad and is recently researched and made by our company. Its main characteristics are as follow:
● The feed blade at the bottom can feed materials continuously upward along the wall of the cylinder by means of centrifugal force, and materials at upper part can drop down from the center thus to make materials circulate in vortex form.
● The high speed blade can break completely chunk materials fed by the feed blade.
● Due to high speed rotation of above two kind of blades, materials can be evenly mixed in a shorter period of time, and its mixing speed and evenness are the best that no other kinds of mixer in the country can reach. After mixing. materials have no granule in it and its evenness can reach 1 00%.
● Open the discharge valve the discharge speed is fast and cleaning of the equipment is easy.
● All parts contacting materials are made of stainless steel and no materials can volatilized, deteriorated or lost in the course of mixing
● The machine is suitable for mixing materials with different proportion of dry and wet contents, and is specially suitable for mixing of all complex compound such as chicken essence, medical infusion, beverage infusion and so on
